Terms of Service

Every shop listed in clause 2 is operated by TopserverSystems, a sole trader based in Romania, trading online only. There is no retail premises and no counter service. Everything is sold, delivered and supported over the internet.

Card payments are taken by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. acting as our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

These terms apply to all of the following storefronts. They share one merchant account, one support route and one set of baseline rules:

Where a shop publishes its own terms, those terms govern that shop’s products and take precedence over this document wherever the two differ. This page covers everything they do not, and applies in full to the shops that have no separate terms.

Hosting sold through TopServer and subscriptions sold through DiscordAI are ongoing services rather than one-off downloads. Where a clause below only makes sense for a downloadable product, it does not apply to those; the service-specific terms on those sites do.

Everything sold here is an independent, unofficial add-on for FiveM, which is itself a third-party modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V. Grand Theft Auto, GTA V, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re and FiveM are trademarks of their respective owners. None of these shops is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any of them. You need your own legitimate copy of Grand Theft Auto V and the free FiveM client; no part of any price here is charged for the game, the framework, or their names, map data or assets.

When your payment clears you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the product you bought, for as long as these terms are not terminated. You may:

• Install and run it on servers you own or operate, including test and development servers.
• Modify it, re-colour it, re-package it and build on it for your own use.
• Keep using the version you downloaded indefinitely, including after you stop buying from us.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, publish or otherwise distribute the product or any substantial part of it, whether modified or not, free of charge or for money.
• Upload it to a public repository, a leak site, a marketplace or a file host where people who have not bought it can obtain it.
• Share your account or your download links so that others can take delivery of a product they did not buy.
• Claim authorship of the underlying work, or remove or obscure the authorship and licence notices shipped with it.

Anything you add yourself stays yours. Your server name, your logo, your artwork and your configuration remain your property and your copyright, and nothing in this licence transfers any of it to us.

Where a product ships under an open-source licence, that licence governs the parts it covers and grants you whatever additional rights it grants. Where the two conflict, the open-source licence wins for those files.

You are buying a component. What happens when you put it into your server is something only you control, and it is your responsibility. By ordering you confirm that:

• You have the right to install software on the server you are installing it on, and you are authorised by whoever owns it.
• You will take a backup before you install, and you accept that you are the only person who can do this. We have no access to your server and cannot restore anything for you.
• You will test on a development or staging server before you touch a live community.
• You are responsible for your own compliance with the rules of FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, your hosting provider, Discord, and the law where you operate.
• You are responsible for whatever you create with our studios and builders — your logo, your server name, your artwork, your text — including that you own it or are licensed to use it. See clause 15.
• You are responsible for the performance, stability, moderation, data protection and legality of your own server and community.

Prices are shown on each product page in the currency stated at checkout, and that is the price you pay. Where tax applies it is shown before you confirm. You are responsible for any tax, duty or bank charge imposed on you at your end.

An order is accepted when payment clears, not when the basket is filled. We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full — for example where a price was published in error, where fraud is suspected, or where we cannot deliver.

Ready-made products are available to download from your account dashboard as soon as payment clears, normally within seconds. Products rendered or built to your order are produced on our machines and normally land in your dashboard within minutes; where a build takes materially longer, the shop will say so.

Downloads stay in your dashboard. If a link fails, a file is corrupt or a build does not arrive, tell us and we will fix it — this is not a refund question, it is a delivery question, and delivery is on us.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Digital content delivered immediately is the exception: that right ends once delivery has started, provided you gave your express consent and acknowledged losing the right.

That is exactly what the checkbox at checkout does. By ticking it and completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the right to withdraw once the download becomes available. Until you download, the right stands.

Beyond the statutory position, each shop publishes its own refund policy and several of them are more generous than the law requires — the minimap shop, for instance, operates a fourteen-day full-refund window. Check the refund page of the shop you bought from; the more generous of the two always applies.

Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or simply does not work and we cannot make it work, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of what any other clause says, and you will get one.

Ask for a refund by email or on Discord with your order number. You do not need to justify a statutory withdrawal. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank decides how quickly it appears.

We may suspend or close an account, refuse future orders and terminate the licence in clause 4 where someone:

• Redistributes, resells or leaks a product, or helps somebody else do so.
• Pays with a card they are not entitled to use, or files a chargeback instead of asking for a refund.
• Abuses, threatens or harasses us or anyone else in our community.
• Attacks, probes or attempts to circumvent the shops, their download protection or their infrastructure.
• Uses a product to break the law, or in a way that exposes us to liability.

Where we terminate a licence for one of these reasons you must stop using the product and delete your copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of a licence already used, and does not limit any other remedy we may have.

A chargeback filed without first asking us for a refund is treated as a breach of these terms. We will supply the payment processor with the order record, the delivery log and the download record, and the licence to the product is terminated for as long as the chargeback stands.

This is not an attempt to discourage a legitimate dispute. If something went wrong, email us — a refund takes minutes and costs you nothing. A chargeback costs us a fee whatever the outcome, and takes weeks.

We develop these products continuously. We may add, change, re-price, re-render or discontinue anything at any time. A change to a product you already own does not affect the copy you downloaded, which you keep and may keep using.

The shops, their studios, their preview tools and their download endpoints are provided without any guarantee of uptime. We do not offer a service level agreement on the websites themselves. Hosting sold through TopServer is a different matter and is covered by that service’s own terms.

Some shops — FiveM Deals in particular — list products created by third parties. Where that is the case the creator’s own licence governs what you may do with their work, and support for the content itself may come from them rather than from us. We will always tell you which is which, and we remain your point of contact for the order, the payment and the delivery.

Our sites link to and rely on third-party services — Stripe, Discord, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and others listed in the privacy policy. We are not responsible for their availability, their content or their own terms, and a failure in one of them is not a failure of this contract.

Products are supplied as is. We warrant that they are as described on the product page at the time you bought, that we have the right to license them to you, and that we will fix a defect that stops a product doing what the page said it does.

Beyond that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we give no other warranty — in particular no warranty that a product will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will be compatible with every framework, resource, server build or future version of the game or of FiveM, or that it will be fit for a particular purpose you have in mind but have not told us about.

Statutory warranties that apply to consumers are not affected by this clause.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and in particular not for loss of revenue, loss of donations, loss of players, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data, server downtime, the cost of substitute products, or any action taken against you by a platform, hosting provider or rights holder.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this clause says.

Our studios let you put your own logo, name, artwork and text into a product. You confirm you own that material or are licensed to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break any law.

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim, and against the reasonable costs of dealing with it, that arises from material you supplied, from the way you used a product, or from your breach of these terms. This does not apply where the claim arises from our own work rather than yours.

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Before any of that: email us. Almost everything is a misunderstanding that takes one message to resolve. If it is not, consumers in Romania may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), and consumers elsewhere in the EU may contact their own national consumer protection authority.

We may update this document. The date at the top always says when it last changed, and material changes are announced in the Discord server. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it; a later change does not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already made.

If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is read down to the narrowest reading that works.
